Welcome to the City of Danbury's new website!

The City of Danbury is a great place to work, play and raise a family! According to the 2000 Census, the cities population is 384. We are working on seeing that grow! If you are interested in what our city has to offer you, keep reading!

Although small in size, the City of Danbury offers all the services of a larger city. Our Fire and Ambulance Services are top notch. Our other departments include Streets & Roads, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Recycling, Parks & Recreation, and even Dana Apartments. The staff at City Hall is always happy to help you with anything you may need!

Danbury's City Park has a beautiful camping area, a shelter house for public use, a terrific playground area, a volleyball area, a horseshoe area, and two ballfields. The old public school building is now the Danbury Health & Recreation Facility.

Danbury has two beautiful churches. The Danbury Catholic Church and the United Methodist Church.

There are a wide variety of businesses to cover your needs. These include a grocery store, two banks, two resteraunts/bars, two hairstylists, a barber shop, an accounting/tax service, two agricultural businesses, a car lot, a computer store, a hardware store with repair services and tree planting and removal services, two selfstorage buildings, an electrical repair service, a woodworking shop, and a convenience store!
