SIOUX CITY, Iowa Ð Motorists traveling on Iowa 141 in Woodbury County east of Interstate 29 should use caution during a bridge painting project, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation’s Sioux City construction office.
Traffic will continue to use both lanes on Iowa 141 while the contractor paints the steel beams of the Little Sioux River bridge five miles east of I-29. Pacific Painting Co., Inc. of Munster, Indiana, is the contractor on the $38,000 project. Completion is scheduled for the middle of September.
Motorists are urged to drive with caution and to obey posted signs in the construction area.
