Willow Dale Wellness Village residents, tenants and staff are proud to announce Deb Coulter as July Employee of the Month.
In September of 2004 Deb joined the Willow Dale family as a CNA on the morning shift. A few months later she assumed the home’s restorative position. Working alongside the Sports Rehab team, Deb strives to ensure each resident achieves and maintains their highest level of independence.
“The best thing about my job is the one-on-one time I get to enjoy with each resident” she states. “It’s like having an extended family”. “I do not have grandparents so I have adopted the residents as my grandparents!”
Deb married her honey, Bob, On July 5, 2002. Sons, Brian Wipperling of Wall Lake and Tony Wipperling of Odebolt call Deb “mom”. Several years ago Bob & Deb purchased an acreage outside Odebolt. Living on the acreage allows them to have the animals they take such pleasure in caring for. It also gives their two dogs, Kody and Dottie room to run.
In her spare time Deb enjoys gardening and caring for her animals, she loves. With that in mind, Deb recently invited the residents and tenants to visit her farm to meet her animals and view her garden & flowers. For one tenant it was the experience of a lifetime, as she had never been on a farm before.
