Erin Schrunk, a 2005 graduate of Spirit Lake High School, has been admitted for fall semster of 2009 to Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa. Erin is currently enrolled as an honors student at the University of Northern Iowa majoring in biology with a biomedical honors research emphasis and a minor in chemistry.
Erin is the daughter of Michael and Sharon Schrunk of Spirit Lake and the granddaughter of Delores “Tenor” and the late Richard Schrunk and the late Bill and Virginia Forbes all of Danbury.
