4-H Clothing Workshop Hosted by Bobcats and Badgers

   The Bobcats and Whiting Badgers 4-H Clubs hosted a clothing workshop at the Monona County Extension Office on Saturday, January 30th from 1:00-3:00 pm. ÊOver fifteen 4-H'ers attended the workshop, having the opportunity to go to different stations. ÊPauline Zima explained the stations that were set up covering "How to iron a shirt", making a stocking hat out a section of a sweater, matching neck ties to shirts, making a neck warmer from fleece, Êhand stitching a heart pillow, just to name a few. ÊSharyl Bruning led a session with information on Design Elements and Principles for the whole group.
   The Badgers provided a snack of which Ronda MacClure was in charge. ÊOthers that helped wereÊJanet Mann, Brenda Wimmer, Nancy McGrain, Megan Wimmer, Katie Keitges, and Emily Low. ÊEveryone did an awesome job helping individuals at the machines and with hand sewing. ÊIt was a workshop filled with fun and educational information.
