The Danbury Little League registration will be held on Saturday, April 3rd after the Easter Egg Hunt at the Danbury Rec Center. Please use the south doors. Registration will begin around 11:30 and run until 1:00.
Anyone in grades kindergarten through 8th grade with a Danbury phone number and/or address is invited to play. Eighth grade boys may play both Majors ball and high school ball. Anyone from neighboring towns who would like to play with us if your town does not have a team are welcome to join us. Remember, you MUST play with your town if your team is offered. If you want to get on our possible list, just give us your name and phone number, and we'll check with you before our practice begins. There is no fee to play on a Danbury Little League team.
Parents of preschoolers may also sign up their kid in case we decide to open up the younger teams to the younger children. There is no guarantee we will do that until we have our numbers crunched.
We will NOT be handing out uniforms at this time. We WILL, however, have hats, and visors available to purchase. If you will not be able to attend registration but would like to purchase any of these items, contact either Amy Seuntjens (883-2078) or Lynn Buth (893-2160 or buth@danbury-ia.com), and they'll hold them for you. They cost $7 each.
Cleat Sales
This year we are offering a location for anyone to sell their outgrown cleats. You will need to get them to Lynn Buth by April 2nd and determine your price. You do not need to stay during registration. We will collect your money which you may either pick up during the season, or we will just apply it toward credit for the concession stand. If you have any cleats which you would like to sell please call Lynn at 893-2160 or email her at buth@danbury-ia.com.
T-shirt/Sweatshirt Pre-order
We also are accepting pre-orders for Danbury clothing. This year we will be selling shirts and sweatshirts that are navy blue with a white "Danbury" on the front. Names on the back will also be an option. Orders may be given to either Amy Seuntjens or Lynn Buth.

The little league committee is also looking for coaches for a variety of teams. We specifically need coaches for the Boys PeeWees and Girls Minis/Minors/Majors. We may need for the younger teams. Aaron Dose has been secured as the Boys Minors/Majors coach. If interested in coaching, please call Joann or Lynn as soon as possible.
