The Rams' home opener was on a chilly night, but the home team was maroon and gold hot so they went 2-0 on the season.
The Rams accumulated 6 touchdowns in this game. Tanner Dixon, totaling 166 yards in 8 receptions, caught 8 passes including a 68 yard bomb for a TD. Jake Scott, not to be outdone, caught a 69 yarder for 6 points. Scott totaled 7 receptions and 128 yards. Adlyr Redenius' TD catch wasn't as amazing, but it was absolutely nothing to to sneeze about as it flew 23 yards. Bo Clausen's touchdown catch was 6 yards. Manny Cameron, the leader in rushing with 22 and 107 yards, ran the ball 16 yards for a touchdown. Cade Schmidt did a quarterback sneak for a 2-yard TD.
