A Review of the MVAO Middle School Fall Concert

The MVAO Middle School's music department took turns in the spotlight on Monday as the groups participated in the annual Fall concert.
As has been tradition the past few years, the choir members sang patriotic songs as a nod to the veterans and Veterans Day. This year the choirs and bands included Christmas music. Because of their Fall concert, they don't hold a concert for Christmas. Thus, they get to include the festive music just before Thanksgiving.
These pages are from Monday's program. Enjoy!

The 7th/8th grade chorus sang "Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride" and "America, the Free."

The 7th/8th grade band performed "Anasazi" and "Deck the Halls."

The bands combined into one cohesive band and parade "Veteran's Day Parade" and "Getysburg: A Civil War Portrait."

The 6th grade band performed
"Creepy Crawlies" and "Angels We
Have Heard on High."

The 6th grade choir sang "I Just Can't Wait To Be King."

The choirs ended the program by singing "A Grateful Nation" and "Christmas...In About Three Minutes" as one larger choir.
